If you are unhappy with your product we would like you to contact us so we can address the issue with you.
You may want to avail of our 2 month no quibble cash back guarantee which we offer to all our customers.
This allows you to return anything you have purchased from us within 2 months of the date of purchase for either a full refund or an exchange.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Installation CD Refunds Policy
If the software has not been activated (by entering and registering the Licence Key) all you need to do to return the goods is enclose a copy of the purchase details with the CD presentation pack, along with your name and address and send it back to us, requesting a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery from the post office just in case the parcel gets lost.
If the software has been activated (by entering and registering the Licence Key) we also need a signed statement from you that you have uninstalled the software and removed it from your computer.
Once we have received the goods back we aim to process all exchanges and refunds within 5 working days.
